As Senior Manager you lead and develop the Business Development and Product Marketing team. Lead the definition and implementation of Moxa Europe’s strategy to maximize growth and market share of Strategic Business Units (SBU) in Europe, especially in the Key Accounts (KA) and the Targeted Vertical Markets (VM), which currently are Power Automation and Transportation Automation VM. Develop a team of Business Development and Product Marketing professional personnel that effectively delivers the department’s objectives and values. Together with other Moxa Europe management staff, participate actively in building up Moxa Europe and realizing the company goals. |

| Qualifications |
|
Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent. |
|
10 years of working experience in the device networking or automation industry, or in one of the targeted VM. |
|
8 years of business development or product marketing working experience. |
|
5 years of people management experience. |
|
Must be able to travel regularly across Europe. |
|
Ability to communicate well with key customers, market policy markers and standard bodies. |
|
Demonstrates sound and good business judgment, plan strategically and execute plan effectively. |
|
Fluent (written and spoken) in English and a second European language. |

As Sales Assistant you are supporting the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in directing sales channels (distributors) to achieve sales goals within the assigned Moxa sales regions. To efficiently and effectively coordinate sales activities between channels and Moxa. To support the Marketing Department in channel program related activities. |

Support Sales and Marketing activities to ensure sales target achievement. |
